My kids
Focus, confidence, respect, and a lot of energy burned. Kids kung fu, jujitsu, and karate from age 5. Tiny Tigers (ages 3 to 7) is paused until later this school year.
Self-defense and fighting skill
Guardian Fist kung fu, Chinese boxing, combat jujitsu, wing chun, and a boxing program that hits hard.
Tai Chi and internal arts
Real Tai Chi Chuan with the martial root intact. Popular with students over 40, and with anyone who needs to breathe.

Parents and kids train the same night under one $200 family tuition. Your first month is $99.

Adult Sport Jujitsu (included in tuition) meets Wednesday 7:30 PM. Running Fist Kung Fu with Cequence Henry also meets Monday and Tuesday evenings. Every partner program still needs the $20 yearly club membership.

Cloud Forest is a private club. Every student pays a small yearly club membership, $20 for one person or $50 for a family, once a year. It is folded into your first checkout so there is nothing to add later. Pick a plan and the receipt does the math.

Cloud Forest has taught Chinese martial arts in Greensboro since 1969. The Wei Family name, 衛, means to guard and protect. That tradition shapes both what we practice and how we look after one another on the floor.
The Cloud Forest Guardians are our wider school community: beginners, lifelong students, families, and competitors. You can train for confidence, health, self-defense, or competition. There is a place for you here, and competition is always optional.

How to start
Three steps, and the first one is free
Book a free visit
Pick any class on the schedule, sign the visitor waiver online, and show up ten minutes early in comfortable clothes. No payment, no pressure.
Take the class
You train, not watch. The instructor pairs you with a senior student and keeps you inside your limits. Kids' parents can sit floor-side.
Start for $49
If it fits, enroll online in about two minutes or at the front desk. Month to month from there, with 30 days' notice to stop.

The things people call to ask
Do I need any experience?
No. Most people walk in with none. Every adult class takes beginners, and kids start in age-grouped classes built for first-timers.
Is there a contract?
No. Membership is month to month. To stop, give 30 days' notice and payments end after that month. There are no refunds or prorating, so time your notice with your billing date. You can change or cancel your plan yourself on the Billing screen of the member app; the steps are at traincloudforest.com/manage-membership.
What is the yearly club fee?
Cloud Forest is a private membership club. Every student pays $20 a year, or $50 for a family, on the day they enroll and once a year after. It is already included in the first checkout amounts shown on the pricing page.
Can my kid and I train on the same night?
Yes. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday all have a kids class at 5 or 5:45 PM followed by adult classes from 6:30 PM. The family plan covers everyone for $200 a month.
Can family members take different programs?
Within the Wei Family classes, yes, one family tuition covers all of them. Partner programs like Goju Ryu or Wing Chun are billed separately by their instructors.
Where do I park and what do I wear?
719 W Gate City Blvd, inside the Gate City Business Center. Park on the left side of the building. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring water, and shoes come off at the mat.
Is the Online Academy included?
Yes, for on-campus students. Every active student training at the school gets the full Online Academy library and the Hercules AI fitness coach at no extra charge. Online-only students subscribe for $34 a month.
