Kung Fu Forms (Tóulù) Class Description & Benefits
Our Kung Fu Forms class offers a focused and authentic study of traditional Chinese martial arts. Overseen by Sifu Michael Johnson, 8th Duan, and taught weekly by Assistant Instructor Khari Cunningham, students train in a diverse system that includes Five Animal Kung Fu, Northern Praying Mantis, classical Shaolin forms, and core internal arts such as Tai Chi, Xing Yi, and Bagua. Each class builds precision, structure, and an understanding of how form connects to real martial application.
